These artifacts reflect my commitment to providing individualized, meaningful educational support to students with exceptionalities. As an early childhood special education teacher, I recognize that each student brings unique strengths, challenges, and learning needs to the classroom. Developing individualized behavioral interventions and systematically monitoring student progress allows me to make informed instructional decisions and adjust teaching strategies to support student success.

These artifacts also reflect my definition of an educational professional as someone who demonstrates patience, flexibility, advocacy, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement. By incorporating positive reinforcement, visual supports, individualized instruction, and data collection, I strive to create a supportive environment that encourages student independence and meaningful participation.
